Following the Grenfell Tower tragedy – the initial idea to find a solution is born.
2018
Fully functional Proof of Concept demonstration kit built in order to seek investment.
2018
Board and founding team assembled.
A full suite of concept products designed.
2019-20
UK patents filed and granted for the core Ci technology. Global patents filed and pending.
2021
Build and test prototypes.
First round of funding closed.
2022
Conduct trials, launch Ci as a solution (Grenfell 5 year anniversary).
2022
Winners of the Safety Innovation Award at the Electrical Product Safety Conference 2022, by Electrical Safety First.
2023
Winners in the Connected Consumer & Smart Home category of the IoT Global Awards 2023.

Ci opens its Research & Development office in Rzeszow, Poland.

1st generation Ci socket design complete, ready for certification.

Scaling up of the R&D team to 30+ Hardware and Software engineers.

Our sockets Ci One and Ci Max pass UK certification tests.
