He has his own production company which creates globally distributed shows and more recently has been working as a media consultant for sports governing bodies.

Martin has worked at the heart of British-based manufacturing, design and marketing for over 40 years, including 15 years as CEO of Dyson, as well as sales and marketing for quality global brands Mars, Duracell, Toshiba and Pelikan.
During his time at Dyson, he devised and implemented a strategy that transformed the company from being a single product, single market producer, to being the leader in over 60 markets and hitting £1bn revenue for the first time, and in 2010 was named UK Business Leader of the Year.
Martin advises the Ci™ Board on manufacturing, design, marketing and commercial matters as it looks to continue its growth globally.

Grounded in Computer Science with advanced study in Data Science, Big Data and Management, his notable works span pioneering IoT projects, mobile app architecture, and deploying global systems on Microsoft Azure.

Recently he has developed radio and electronic subsystems for heavy load logistics and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) for the British and U.S Armies, and always strives to always apply practical uses to newest technology.

After graduating with a Master’s degree in Engineering & Electronics, Aleksejs spent 7 years supporting university led research projects. Specialising in electronics and firmware, this saw him work on projects ranging from satellite subsystems to battery powered sensors and camera control.
From there he worked alongside Michal for 2 years designing electric UAV power, control, and battery management circuitry.
